    Is it possibile to develop a procedure that draw on a map some areas (polygons with different colours) that match with ZIP code ? something like: show a map with all zip code of Milan city, of London city, ... !

    Yes, it is definitely possible and not difficult. The trick is to have the data set. I have a fairly large data set myself, but not detailed enough to show zip codes in Milan.
